Wines of The Beautiful South, London 2014
Wines of the Beautiful South is returning to London Olympia on 10th and 11th September 2014. Once again the collaboration between Wines of Argentina, Wines of Chile and Wines of South Africa will give you a great platform to trade with key players in the global wine industry and showcase the quality of our wines to an international audience.

Date: 10th & 11th September 2014
Venue: Olympia Central, Level 2, Hammersmith Road, London, W14 8UX
Time: Wednesday 10th September: 10am – 6pm
Thursday 11th September: 9:30am – 5pm

Following feedback from the inaugural tasting last year, we are aiming to give each country more identity within the event, give exhibitors the opportunity to include some individual branding and limiting the number of stands at the tasting.

Cost

Early Bird bookings made and paid BEFORE Friday 30th May 2014

Full stand - £1,150 (R20,470) excl VAT – allows for 12 wines
Half a stand - £575 (R10,235) excl VAT – allows for 6 wines

For bookings made AFTER 30th May 2014

Full stand - £1,300 (R23 140) excl VAT – allows for 12 wines
Half a stand - £650 (R11 570) excl VAT – allows for 6 wines

Notes:

1) Space is limited to 100 tables and there are only 10 tables still available! Once we have reached our allocation, the event will be sold out.

To apply for a table at the event:

• Log into http://devportal.wosa.co.za/version1/membersLogin.aspx
• Click on “Register for a Trade Event”
• Select “Wines of The Beautiful South” from the drop down menu
• Complete the Contract information with all the requested information
• If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your application, please contact Lesley@wosa.co.za
• Go back to the Home page and click on “Submit Trade Show Documentation”
• Select “Contact information”
• Complete the required fields with the contact details of the person/s who will need to receive all the show details
• When done, please click on “Register” to complete the proses

Additional information

At the tasting, we will host a series of seminars and there will be four focus tables. Further details will be made available to exhibitors once booking has been confirmed.
